Adv. Nadir Aviad is a partner and head of the real estate and real estate financing department at our firm.
As part of his work, Adv. Nadir Aviad provides ongoing legal advice and consultation on a wide range of civil legal issues, including real estate, representation in TAMA procedures, urban renewal projects, entrepreneurship and more. Adv. Aviad has experience in accompanying entrepreneurs and owners in projects of significant scope in the area of urban renewal. Adv. Nadir Aviad handles complex commercial projects and has extensive experience in real estate transactions and financing transactions.
Adv. Nadir Aviad also represents and accompanies real estate companies in complex acquisition transactions and in large and complex projects, including projects for construction of hospitals, medical centers, etc.
Adv. Nadir Aviad has a unique and rich experience in managing projects in the area of senior citizens housing (golden age housing), which requires knowledge and deep legal understanding in the field of real estate and protected housing. As part of this activity, Adv. Aviad accompanies companies in the process of acquiring land for the purpose of building senior citizens housing units while representing our clients before the Israeli authorities (the Israel Land Authority, local authorities, the Land Registry Office, etc.) and promoting the interests of our clients. Aviad serves as the chairman of a national committee for senior citizens housing of the Bar.
In addition, Adv. Nadir Aviad has expertise in real estate financing (including in urban renewal transactions) and accompanies banks and commercial companies in complex financing transactions. Adv. Nadir Aviad has unique expertise in financing transactions for protected housing projects.
Adv. Nadir Aviad holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, criminology and sociology from Bar-Ilan University (2005), a master's degree in cognitive psychology from Tel Aviv University (2006), and an LLB with honors from Shaarei Mishpat College (2010).
