Adv. Harel Garufi is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Financing Department.

Adv. Harel Garufi leads urban renewable transactions (“eviction-construction”, TAMA 38/1, TAMA 38/2) and complex real estate transactions, including combination transactions. Adv. Harel Garufi accompanies his clients in these transactions, beginning in the initial stage of land acquisition, all through to the completion of the project. In addition, adv. Harel Garufi handles land parcellation procedures, condominium registration, etc. Adv. Harel Garufi possesses expertise in leading assisted living facilities’ land transactions, with a unique focus on registration aspects.

Adv. Harel Garufi is certified to provide Enduring Power of Attorney.

Prior to joining our firm, adv. Harel Garufi was an intern at Herzog Fox & Neeman.

Adv. Harel Garufi holds an LL.B (cum laude), and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2021.
