Adv. Yafit Mitrani is a member of the Israeli bar association and a notary since 2002, with over 15 years of experience in real estate and business development.

In her role as business development manager at Yigal Borochovsky & Co., Adv.Yafit Mitrani has overall responsibility for development, marketing, public relations and communications, business opportunities and growth, and is responsible for identifying and empowering core competencies, setting strategy, adapting work patterns, and creating a defined business plan.

In addition, Adv. Yafit Mitrani is a certified notary and provides notary services to the firm's clients and colleagues, such as a notarized affidavit, signature verification, power of attorney for the execution of real estate transactions, verification and approval of pre-nuptial agreements.

Adv. Yafit Mitrani has wide experience in managing projects, in the felids of real estate development, construction, transportation and marketing, including real estate investment management in the US, business development, financing solutions, negotiations, strategic and operational marketing management and customer relationship management.

Adv. Yafit Mitrani has extensive experience in the management and marketing of offices for rent and has managed the “House of Advocates and the Business Center" at the Museum Tower in Tel Aviv for several years. In this position Yafit was responsible for business development, management of the company and expansion of business activities, management and marketing of offices, including related services, lawyers and businessmen legal advice, handling of lease / labor agreements / commercial contracts, etc. 

Adv. Mitrani holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A.), specializing in marketing and an LLB from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (2001).
